Pros

Generous PTO, overall great culture as far as the SDRS and direct SDR managers go. You can rely on many people for a helping hand. A true sense of meaning in what we do. Decent pay with nice benefits. Complimentary lunch for in office employees.

Cons

A lot of the issues are coming from the senior leaders. Serious lack of empathy from upper management. Lack of organization with implementing new rules. Employees were told new changes would make our job easier and more seamless but ended up making our workflow more stressful and stagnant. Sudden changes in compensation structure and opportunity that makes it more difficult to make money. There is no problem with innovation and moving the company forward but day after day making changes at the expense of the sales people in the trenches is not okay. Most of these changes come with no warning and are becoming more frequent. This is starting to directly impact the team and their willingness to perform for their Sr managers. When this is brought up, it is constantly deflected or abandoned but the expectations for us remain the same. They claim that they are being transparent and fair but are making decisions behind the scenes that are starting to shift employee morale with little to no explanation. New management has a terrible tone and attitude as well. Not the type of people you’re excited to work for. A company I would once suggest to anyone is now a place I'd rather hide.. it wasn't always this way.
