Pros

Excellent work life balance. Minimal expectations. Really easy going culture. The antithesis of micromanagement. Very good pay.

Cons

Absolutely 0 chance of professional development and progression. People have been around for years (some, literally decades) *in the same jobs*. Organisational leaders that have been around longer than 10-15 years tend to be there because they’ve been there, not because they’re good enough to lead an organisation of this size. Appalling knowledge of DEI from those outside of the DEI structure. The pay benefits is less employee retention, and more employee entrapment. Middle management are very aware they have a good gig, so they get away with doing incredibly little. I would genuinely reconsider working here if you identify as disabled, neurodivergent or POC.

Pros

Very community based workplace Managers do care about you and their team Loads of oppertunitys working in the global HQ Competitive pay and bonus Oppertunitys to develop and take on new skills Lots of benifts including company pension, tech schemes and share saves Work from home available Work pc and monitors provided Open to Feedback across the whole business

Cons

Upper managment only seem to care about numbers/kpis and at times. Often when new releases come out for products or new features they are rushed, not communicated among tech support so customer phone confused and their support is equaly stumped. Tend to opt for quick fixes and are reactive to issues instead of pro-active leaving it all to tech to sort out as long as they hit their lauch date.
