Small-company feeling with big-company benefits

Pros

I've always loved working for small companies because I feel like I can really make a difference for them. Usually the tradeoff is not getting great - or any - benefits. SageSure feels like a small company, but they care about their employees and provide great benefits. During the Covid pandemic, they were (and still are) extra careful about keeping employees safe. They've made it possible for everyone to work from home and are finding safe ways for some employees to return to their offices.

Cons

The pay isn't the best, but it's not the worst and the benefits are very good... and working for a company and with teams that I love makes up for it.

Professional , but comfortable atmosphere. Management really cares about employees! I am blessed to be employed at such a great company; and look forward to many years of growth opportunities with this company!
