I've never worked somewhere that truly believes we can do things to help people in tough situations, that empowers their employees to work to their full potential and encourages us to support each other with positivity, optimism, hard work and dedication to doing our best work.

SageSure is guided by a team of inspirational, enthusiastic leaders who are committed to living our shared company purpose and values every day. At the heart of every great company is great people, and we have the greatest people!

Cons

Growing at the rate of roughly 30% annually brings a few growing pains, but management has laid out a clear path to grow our team to match.

* Fast growing company with great flexibility - new positions are constantly being created and current positions expanded. *Upper management is very good to work with. Willing to listen and communicate with employees. Can tell management is making an effort to develop the culture of our young company in a positive manner. * Wide variety of jobs all within Insurance industry. Not limited to one specific job track. Opportunity to work in various locations; literally all over the country. *We are an innovative company growing exponentially in all areas.

Cons

* The pains that come with growing - growth paths within the company are not clearly defined as we expand quicker than we can keep up with; communications between departments needs to be strengthened. * Salaries need to be market competitive with long term employees not just new hires or upper management.
