      - exposure to innovative technologies and engineering best practices in key global industry segments such as energy and telecom - company owns and drives full pipeline of its end-to-end solutions, from hardware design & manufacturing to firmware, middleware and software implementation as well as post-production service all while leveraging cutting edge technologies in the fields of electronics, embedded software, cloud computing, SaaS - close relationship between R&D and Business with thin boundaries of separation driven by the single goal of customer satisfaction and market wins - relatively agile company considering its size and scale and compared to competitors in the same category that adapts quickly to change - Excellent opportunity to gain a rich and diversified experience across various functions, different fields and tech areas all within one organization

      Cons

      - could be stressful environment considering company's policy of providing custom-made solutions and quickly adjust/adapt to customer requirements - although global and multinational in its market strategy it still is a "french" company with a conservative approach to organizational structures and management styles, more vertical and hierarchical than horizental and participatory.
