Pros

Medium pay i guess, for juniors

Cons

No career growth opportunity at sagemcom borj lghorbel . Toxic culture , favoritism , gatekeeping the job , micro management from managers who are not qualified , had to convince my manager that storing data in a database is better than files . He perceived it as me doubting his leadership. Managers monger all communications with upper management and claim your work is their own. I think no one in upper management even knows that the borj lghorbel hire software engineers.

Old style company

Pros

Premises are modern and confortable.

Cons

Working at this company can be quite challenging. There is constant pressure on employees, and the salaries are relatively low considering the cost of living in the Paris region. The HR side leaves a lot to be desired, as communication and employee support could be much better. Additionally, the company tends to cut costs wherever possible, sometimes at the expense of employee well-being and comfort.
