      Pros

      Can make an impact by developing solutions using renewable energy. Work hours are not stretched, you can count on typical 9-5 schedule. Freedom of using technology within some boundaries.

      Cons

      Management style, processes and tools are 10+ years behind, not interested in industrial best practices. Minimal internal information share between projects. Lack of communities. Rigid, informal organizational hierarchy without clear roles.
