      Pros

      good management, salary always on time or earlier if it falls on weekends, there's 13th and 14th-month bonus, yearly appraisal, during COVID they offered work from home, and those with good performance were allowed to stay working from home. I was working from home from pandemic until I left the company last year.

      Cons

      low appraisal, low basic wage, might not be enough or just enough if you have a family or you're a breadwinner, it's just enough for me as a single mom of one
