      Company is good but work environment depends on coworkers. If you good coworkers it is awesome company. If not it is a hell.

      Work place is the most importantly part of our lives other than family and faith. And to me, it has always been a place where I could able to express and try influence to mine and others lives in a meaningful way. And to this respect Sagility is more than a home. It’s a place which trusted me, though coming from diverse background and with no relevant expertise to the function of an organisation, I belong to. Sagility gave me a space to learn and earn and equally made me feel a valued part of the organisation. One of the best reasons that made me vouch for Sagility is its amazing space to give its people ability to express their opinion and listen what they have to say. This creates such a meritocratic space to operate.

      Cons

      I don’t perceive any cons right now as for me the last 3 years have been a phenomenal journey of learning, ideating and implementing.
