Pros

Associates are a family, via trauma bonding against the managers.

Cons

Baised operations, HR, admin, transport... etc You would never be informed what they are looking for, rather felt like they themselves have no clue about it. There is no safety for women whatsoever. It's always the associates' fault, ALWAYS.
