1 - Salary paid by sagility is very low as compared to other competitors 2 - The growth opportunity is very limited 3 - The environment is not good for work nowadays 4 - Due to limited opportunities you will not get a chance to grow and make a career 5 - The facilities are very poor ( So many times worms are found in drinking water)
