Sagility takes care of it's employees to the best of its ability. No organization can be tagged as perfect but the company tries and does what it can to safeguard the interest of its employees.

Cons

A probable opportunity would be on proactiveness in setting up controls to ensure that possible risks associated to delivery and overall compliance are mitigated. No structured Operational Maturity as yet but in the process of making a robust governance around it.

Interview was easy like everyone was given a chance, salary ranges 20k -25k monthy including night diff, and bonuses. Trainers are amazing. TL's are knowledgeable and helpful.

Cons

Some Team Leaders are power tripping, HR and clinic are unorganized, health of employee doesn't matter.
