Pros

It is a healthy environment to work in. The boss and super boss are diplomatic and objective. There isn’t much pressure while working. Lot of freedom was given. A chance to think out of box is always encouraged. The organisation is systematic and professional.

Cons

Cab facilities can be provided for HR as well. More importance can be given to work life balance.
