Applied all rules as per international standard, good for women safety, diversity and inclusion, more opportunities for learning, for sure it will reach a mile stone in couple of years.

In my 11 years working with Sagility, here are the top 3 things I love most about this company: Emphasizing open communication: A positive work environment is built on a foundation of effective and open communication. This includes fostering a culture where employees feel comfortable expressing their thoughts, concerns, and ideas without fear of judgment or reprisal. Regular team meetings, feedback sessions, and channels for anonymous suggestions can contribute to creating an environment where everyone's voice is heard and valued. Promoting work-life balance: Recognizing the importance of work-life balance is crucial for maintaining a positive work environment. Sagility's winning formula is to prioritize the well-being of their employees by implementing policies and practices that support work-life integration. This can include flexible working hours, remote work options, wellness programs, and encouraging employees to take regular breaks to recharge and maintain a healthy work-life balance. Nurturing a culture of appreciation and recognition: Recognizing and appreciating employees' contributions is essential for fostering a positive work environment.
