Good training, they will train you for total of five months. You will accept actual calls in between training. They will make sure you are fully equipped with product knowledge once thay endorse you to production

Cons

Busy workplace Low salary and bonuses Constant change in schedule (monthly) No work life balance, working graveyard shift
