The only two pros I can think of are plenty of overtime and the flexibility.

Extremely poor pay for the work you will be doing Terrible training - will not prepare you for when you're out on the floor No help while on calls Back to back calls with no breaks Micro-managed 30 min. lunches JUST THE STRESS OF IT ALL WITH LITTLE TO NO HELP
