      Pros

      It is good for learners and start your career in US healthcare IT

      Cons

      They fire fast and even top management in US are not professional. Even leadership position talk in local language. Very unfair appraisal system. Leadership make slow decision and change decision more frequently which hamper middle and lower lever performance. You may see change in 3 to 4 reporting manager in year.
