Saia LTL Freight reviews

Upper Management is absolutely terrible. They are old school and offer no room for innovation and fresh ideas. Seriously, they are micro managing and rude and have no interpersonal skills whatsoever. In the time that I worked at Saia, they fired about 20 different people in like a year. From what I hear, they are on a roll in firing more people as I write this. Their turnover rate is pretty high, and they are all crazy!
