      Pros

      A very successful company with even more room to grow. Management is truly interested in challenging their employees and rewarding them for the hard work they put in. Promotion from within is commonplace, so there are plenty of opportunities for advancement.

      Benefits if you can bear to stay long enough, daily duties depends upon your individual manager.

      Cons

      Upper management knows everything or at least they think they do, They do not care about employees or opinions of those who do the work on a daily basis. If can not comply with their orders regardless of what that is, you will be relieved of your duties. Express a valid opinion about a situation and you will be fired. If you want to be a "yes man" this is the place for you
