      Solid company, good benefits, good upper management, lacking leadership in middle management.

      Pros

      Good HR practices. Excellent compensation in their Line Haul division.

      Cons

      Middle management doesn’t seem to have a sense of best practices when it comes to employees. No flexibility when it comes to scheduling time off. Not much room for advancement, if you start off as a Driver you will not progress, the same with Dock workers etc.
