Nothing is in line. No one is there take or accept managers or leads mistake, management has decided only leads are the one who is working. Unprofessional Team Leads they dont even have genral adequate to talk. Without any update or prior notice you will be removed from system. While leaving you are not even allowed to talk to your colleagues HR will drop till out of dore as you have just did any crime. Totally worst experience only the time I worked with Saicon In Pune office is waste of time and a Gap in my resume. If you are good in making your manager happy then you can survive for long. I will never recommend my friend if he/she is not good enough in Libir Libir in front of Managers.....
