Pros

Great Desire and personality of President is very engaging. She is woman owner; minority owner and that's a plus

Cons

Co-Workers do not respond to each other's emails. They don't use email etiquette of acknowledging important emails with a response. They do not pay attention to details and details are important.

Pros

The contract that I worked with Saicon was awesome.

Cons

The company contracts people to other jobs. The problem is that the company has horrible employee service. They do not know the minimum of HR. The moved all of their HR overseas and it is difficult to communicate with them. It is difficult to discuss leave, raises or changes in benefits. Furthermore, the benefits are not good at all and very expensive. If you just want a paycheck and nothing more from your company, it is perfect.
