      Everyone is willing to help, just ask (lots of Slack channels). No barriers between departments.

      Cons

      Working remote has some challenges, takes longer to build professional and personal relationships.

      Pros

      SailPoint is hands down the best place I've ever worked. SailPoint is one of the few places to treat it's employees as partners in the business and in idea generation. It also has a bad habit of treating us like adults who are capable in our careers and truly care about our customers. So freeing to not be stressed all the time and to love your job. I find myself going above and beyond because SailPoint regularly goes above and beyond for me and my family.

      Pros

      Good work-life balance, fully remote role, supportive team, competitive salary and benefits. I feel like my voice is valued and heard on my team. My leadership asks for feedback and ideas and I have been able to grow in my career and make an impact on our team and company overall. SailPoint does a great job of making people feel included in a remote/global environment, which I appreciate. Strong DEI initiatives as well.

      Cons

      We use Teams for video calls instead of Zoom.
