Pros

Strong accessible leadership that are focused on innovation, maintain integrity, support the individuals that work here and have made a clear impact on the community through various means. Excellent product. Honest team members that operate with integrity and treat our prospects and customers right. Everyone is willing and wants to help. Ability to grow within. Appropriate amounts of training. Clearly organized to take care of both internal and external stakeholders.

Cons

I'm honestly not sure what to say here. I've been with SailPoint for a little over 3 years and am more of a fan today than I was yesterday. It's a real privilege to work alongside those I work with.

Cons

Management "shoots from the hip" more often than not. Promotions are not recognized but brushed under the rug. It's hard to get fired or to have consequences making accountability a problem. 2nd and 3rd chances are great but at some point, we have to drop the dead weight.
