      Good company that exhibit some growing pains

      Innovative, Flexible, and great growth potential as a company

      Cons

      They made some bad hires, particularly in my department. The largest reason for this was including the team members on the interview board but not listening to their opinion. When leadership hired who they want (versus valuing the team), the result was massive turnover.

      Best company culture, challenging stretch goals

      SailPoint has a team oriented culture where the vast majority genuinely care about their co-workers.

      Cons

      SailPoint sellers are given challenging quotas for a solution set that can have sell cycles greater then one year in addition to implementation timelines that often exceed one year -- which curtails timely upselling opportunities.
