      Pros

      Consistent, supportive work environment. Teammates that are smart, care about the work, and each other. Most talented team that I've worked with in my career, and the team works as peers, not competitors. Truly an amazing crew.

      Cons

      Lack of a corporate vacation policy. "Unlimited as approved by your manager" is too subjective and not applied consistently across the company.
