Great culture, great people, lots of learning opportunities
Pros
- work is interesting with lots of learning opportunities. - teammates are helpful, good-natured, humble, smart, hard-working, welcoming, generally great to work with. - "no jerks" policy is true. Haven't met any so far! - flexible schedule and good work-life balance. - cyber (identity) security seems like a stable sector to be in as the economy faces a downturn. - pay and benefits are competitive, even if equity component is relatively low.
Cons
- need to do a better job of celebrating successes in a remote environment. - no opportunities mentioned so far to get together for off-sites or retreats. Getting together a couple of times a year would go a long way to building culture and engagement. We will otherwise never see each other in person.
