Pros
Good location, work from home policy, okay salary level, flexi work timing, interssting domain to work. Fun activities at office are good.
Cons
Favouritism, too much politics, lot of groupism, directors are useless, managers are pathetic, they dont support in work matters when needed, and then report employee inefficiency to management; they promise new and good work but in reality its same old repetitive work. all the good work done at austin and donkey work is passed here. Work culture is going bad day by day.
