      Great Company and Culture

      Pros

      Very smart, talented people. Their motto is ‘we don’t hire jerks’ and I actually think that’s true. CEO is an incredible human. A lot of growth opportunities and the company is growing and job security is strong.

      Cons

      Many people leaders lack true leadership skills (promoted because they were strong ICs); some tenured crew seem to be coasting and tend to slow down progress, which can be frustrating when the company vision is strong and many people want to succeed.
