A great, engaging, and flexible place to work!
Pros
SailPoint is highly customer-focused, which I think is one of the primary reasons for the company's successes to date. The culture is supportive of working parents and people who have lives outside of work by allowing the flexibility to attend to life needs that invariably pop up. There's a lot of trust! Almost all of the people I've interacted with are smart, highly responsive, humble, and caring which makes it much easier to take risks, make mistakes, learn, and move on to find ways to better serve our customers and fellow colleagues.
Cons
Compared to other places I've worked, there are very few cons. I think as is the case in any growing company, changes in tactics and organizational structure can be more clearly & consistently communicated.
