SailPoint is a great place to work, they have a good culture and have collected a good pool of talent that means you can usually find help with a problem when needed. They also embrace those with a drive to learn and value someone’s potential as much as they do their immediate skills. This makes it a good place to grow your career.

Cons

Some departments have been hit harder than others with cost cutting measures in recent years, and some of these measures have had spill over effects that both directly and indirectly reduce overall productivity. A bigger con however is the underwhelming efforts towards talent retention. With new talent being increasingly hit or miss I’m surprised there isn’t more focus on incentivizing proven assets to stay, junior and senior alike. This is not unique to SailPoint though so don’t let it dissuade you.
