      Pros

      The company culture promotes personal and professional development. Everyone I have worked with so far have been fun and pleasant to work with, whilst all having professional pride in their work. Work-life balance is prioritized and mental wellbeing very important. However, we have been given all the tools and career paths to progress in our work - also really important.

      No real cons except after here, the only way is down!
