      Great Company - Brought back private by Angel Investors

      Great pay Best product in the industry Great internal resources

      Cons

      Very expensive product for anyone that isn't a Top 500 company Just taken back private by angel investor Thoma Bravo & this has brought some growing pains

      Nowhere else I'd rather be

      Pros

      The company really cares about culture. "No smart jerks" is a real thing here - every team I've worked with treats people with respect. People are collaborative and are always trying to do the right thing. This is a real differentiator from other tech companies I've worked at. The benefits are decent. We have unlimited PTO (within reason, of course), a 401k match, a wellness program. Managers and leadership seem to really care about employees' overall wellbeing. Pay is great and fair for the workload. The flexibility I have in this job is far better than I've experienced anywhere else.

      Cons

      There's been a lot of upheaval in the tech industry this year overall. It does seem like we've changed a bit since we were acquired in 2022 with more processes and tighter budgets and more stressed out team mates, but leadership still seems to care about creating a positive employee experience. Diversity isn't great, but that seems to be moving in the right direction.
