      Great company culture but slow career advancement

      Love the company as a whole and the people are fantastic to work with.

      Cons

      Opportunities to lead a team or snag a senior title is very slow. At 4 yrs in still waiting on my turn. Some peers are only just getting similar opportunities and they've been working nearly 6+ yrs.

      Culture is A+. There's a no jerks policy and SailPoint actually does a pretty good job of implementing this.

      Depending on the team you're on, upward projection can be limited.

      -Leaders in IAM/IGA marketplace and strongly positioned to take advantage of the growing Non-Human Identity. -Excellent pre-sales support services to assist with closing large deals. -Excellent on-boarding program.

      Cons

      Nothing I can think of at the moment...Lack of Enterprise experience/processes will slow you down in closing large deals.
