At SailPoint all of my core work psychological needs are met: autonomy, competence, and relatedness. * I choose how I fill my time, * I am given the tools to master my role, and * I have a feeling of connection with my coworkers.

Cons

* I found the ramping/onboarding process challenging. A bit more deep end than I would have preferred. * No paid paternity leave

- I really feel like my managers care about my progress - everyone is extremely open and helpful when learning the new software - great pay - great business processes and company culture

Cons

- slight growing pains, no longer does a 2nd or 3rd level manager know all employees. I havent noticed anything but employees that have been here longer say they notice
