Business Outlook
Pros
Really collaborative, mature and dedicated team across the org. Everyone pitches in and assists each other. You can learn a lot about so many fields/products and the IGA landscape all at once
Cons
They do not value capacity or time to grow. Everyone is working extremely hard and it can get tiring quickly. Feels like senior management pushes too much based on numbers vs team and future planning. Promotions are nearly impossible compared to what the last generation was required to make their titles.
