I wanted to work for a company who appreciates talented people and supports them. Everyone here, from the CEO on down, truly pays attention. They pay attention to the employee needs, the market needs, and the customer needs. It is empowering know that you go to work and make a difference every day. The work-life balance is what you make it. SailPoint is a fast moving company so you an be as busy as you want for a long as you want - you can also call it quits when you need to do something important with your family. They encourage "out of the box" thinking which creates such an awesome culture. There are true values here!
Cons
There is no 401k match which was hard to swallow coming on board but hopefully that will be addressed soon.
