      Interview: - Short process (4 rounds) - Transparency - Honesty in all 4 rounds Onboarding: - The entire crew is very supportive. - People cares about people. Here is true that people came first. - Every detail and every process is shared so you will be able to perform. - Very warm welcome from everyone, not exception, even leadership. - The best part is a meeting with the CEO.

      No cons. Actually, in more than 27 years of experience, I've never had an onboarding experience like this.

      Sailpoint is focused on employee well-being and have a balanced life between work and personal time. This is a collaborative environment where you can contact anyone in the company and they will be glad to assist to you. The communication channels are open for anyone and your voice is heard,
