      Pros

      Joining a new company is always a daunting task. SailPoint has figured out a way to make the experience as smooth as possible. The onboarding training and the sales training was delivered by pros. It was succinct and educational and allowed us to network fairly well.

      Cons

      So many different applications. Seems there's an app for everything. Most are best in breed, so you can adapt to them quickly.

      Pros

      Outstanding leadership. Mark McClain is an incredible CEO that lives the SailPoint core values everyday. Product is outstanding and built for large, complex organizations. Support org truly helps customers. Management chain is excellent too. My immediate manager is outstanding. There are zero a-holes at the company. If we had one, they would be gone. Outstanding onboarding. Every app I needed was available when I opened my laptop on day one. We are growing! Best company I have ever worked for and I hope to retire here.
