      Pros

      Working at SailPoint is amazing. Not only is the culture the best I've ever been a part of, but you are surrounded by the brightest thought leaders of the Identity Security landscape. You get to work with the best folks in the industry creating new products and bringing new ideas to fruition on a daily basis!!

      Pros

      Company has top notch technology and experts innovating and supporting it. They really care about the employees and a worklife balance. Tremendous resources offered to customers to ensure success. CEO Mark McClain is an amazing leader. He's all about his employees and not just focusing on numbers.

      Cons

      In the past few years changed the branding a number of times which confuses the customer, but in general a very minor thing.

      Pros

      Really collaborative, mature and dedicated team across the org. Everyone pitches in and assists each other. You can learn a lot about so many fields/products and the IGA landscape all at once

      Cons

      They do not value capacity or time to grow. Everyone is working extremely hard and it can get tiring quickly. Feels like senior management pushes too much based on numbers vs team and future planning. Promotions are nearly impossible compared to what the last generation was required to make their titles.
