Pros
- Sailpoint acts and tries to fulfill all the requests, like one company and one policy globally. - Perks - Infra - USA managers and their management are awesome if you are lucky to work under them. They understand the Life balance. And they do listen to us never acted like a boss or act like doing one-way communication.
Cons
Nothing much, except the India center management. Not that serious but a little bit of change is required in the process and balance.
