Pros

Easy to use platform, fast, no lag time. Challenging, interesting transcription work, learn something new every day. Message system with support online just about anytime.

Cons

Line rates are low throughout the industry. Saince is on par with other companies.

Pros

Great support and accommodations from direct supervisor. Great hours and pay is always on time and accurate. PTO is a bank to be used at your discretion.

Cons

Health insurance is expensive, but not limited to this employer, I believe it is expensive nationwide.

Pros

Pay is always on time. Management is fair and honest. QA sends feedback, which is helpful and they are not nitpicky. This company truly cares about the quality of the medical records which you just do not see anymore.

Cons

Pay could be higher.
