Pros
Psych, psych, psych -- my specialty for 25 years. And that, aside from being able to work from home, was the ONLY pro.
Cons
Did not pay for spaces between characters!!! Manager was MIA most of the time on a brand new account. I finally left with Thought that the slightly lower line count would be all right because of my overall speed and ability to create shortcuts/normals. Then when it seemed far too low compared to any account I'd previously had, I found out they didn't pay for spaces. Lesson learned - now I always ask. I worked for them back in 2013 or 2014 - maybe things have changed, but given how this industry has had such a downturn, probably not.
