      Well established company, opportunity to work overseas, good pay rate, modern facilities and a lot of variety in terms of positions available

      Cons

      I interviewed over the phone and then I went in for an in-person interview, which I thought went extremely well. The people who interviewed me said they would contact me, and weeks went by and I never heard anything. I contacted the HR department to follow up and didn't receive a response. Completely unprofessional. If this is any indicator of how management operates and treats its potential employees, I'm glad I didn't waste any more of my time!

      Pros

      Great benefits (401k matching, pension, healthcare, company car, etc). Great people. Management does not micromanage. Management cares about employee satisfaction.

      Cons

      Company invests time, money, and resources on unnecessary endeavors while ignoring some blatant needs. Workloads tend to be very high due to company being "lean"

      Lots of connections, global business

      Cons

      Dont treat you well, HR is a joke, when people leave they consolidate jobs and give you more tasks. They also have a weird hayband system you get stuck in when it comes to a merit increase.
