Pros

Nice people, intelligent and hard working individuals who really care about the company. Comfortable working environment where departmental politics are virtually non existent. Talented sales reps and company is a leader in the business. Profitable despite themselves.

Cons

Company has been bought and sold too many times. Management does not care about their employees. Manufacturing operations are not streamlined and shortages of product especially in busy season are ridiculously low. Poor planning. No place to advance or upward career potential.
