Pros

Most of people are nice. Technicaly well educated people, managers as well. Some useful benefits. Pay is above the average. It's very good starting company.

Cons

Some people just shouldn't lead other employees. Very bad atmosphere. Everybody is covering his own ass. Really disorganised SBUs even at one plant. Left hand doesn't know what's doing right hand. Byrocracy. Frenchs are saints. Longer you work here more you dislike it.
