      Pros

      - Easy menu to learn with lots of equipment/supplies to work with - I worked my way into the cook position from a tray running position - Routinely gave me time off for personal/family events

      Cons

      - Dishwasher never had dishes clean on time - Management didn't really seem to care about any interpersonal conflicts between staff that were affecting the workflow, just told to work it out amongst ourselves.

      Senior staff make less than new staff

      Pros

      It's an easy job to do and not stressful at all.

      Cons

      Company prioritizes new hires and people with bachelor's degrees and they get paid more than senior staff who have been there forever. They don't have a degree but there is zero degree required for the job. So be prepared to shoot for the moon when arguing your pay when hired because they won't ever change it.
