Pros

I loved Saint Luke's! For my personal situation, I chose to leave, which I know was the right thing, but I miss it every day!

Cons

Tier3 float is hard- going to 4 hospitals. BUT the quality of St. Luke's is unseen anywhere else and it's worth it. Most floors are very supportive and the float pool manager always has your back!
