Pros

Great resume builder; excellent experience. Very pleasant staff. The shifts can be set in a manner any way you want to get 40 hours a week.

Cons

You are working directly with behavioral issues, so the employee's patience will be tested often, but that is just the nature of healthcare.

Pros

Shift differential is good and they have midnight meals quarterly for night employees. The employees pull together during times of crisis.

Cons

Middle management is lost, never seems to know what's going on. No acknowledgement of a good job or idea. Hard to meet with management when working at night and management is unwilling to come in on their day off. Listening to employees is not their priority, only making the budget. Staff is over worked at times but management unwilling to help out. They always talk about bonus but never seem to reach the goal.
