Middle management is lost, never seems to know what's going on. No acknowledgement of a good job or idea. Hard to meet with management when working at night and management is unwilling to come in on their day off. Listening to employees is not their priority, only making the budget. Staff is over worked at times but management unwilling to help out. They always talk about bonus but never seem to reach the goal.

Management run the company by statistic and wonder why employee turn over rate are getting too expensive
