      Pros

      Excellent collaboration with physicians. Strong advance practice provider presence throughout all specialties in the health system. Numerous opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      Long hours. Difficult work/life balance. Vacation time could be better. Advanced practice providers accrue PTO as opposed to weeks off at a time like their physician counterparts. All would agree they work as hard and this should be reflected in the salary/benefits.

      Pros

      Management knows their stuff! The CEO, CNO and COO and Managers and Directors are very easy to talk to. If they don't have an answer for you right then, they will tell you. They will also find out the answer for you! Friendly atmosphere throughout the hospital.

      Cons

      I'm being under utilized. I'm there to work , give me work! Downsizing within the health industry is hitting St. Luke's Health System too!
